Our website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand general website usage, such as which pages are visited and where visitors generally come from.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or a separate analytics service such as Google Analytics.

Our consulting inquiry form is provided using Web3Forms. Information submitted through the form may be transmitted to Web3Forms and delivered to our designated company email address. Depending on the service's configuration, submissions may also be retained within the Web3Forms service.

Consulting calls are scheduled using Cal.com. Information entered into the Cal.com booking process is processed through Cal.com's service in order to schedule and manage the meeting. Cal.com maintains its own privacy policy governing its service.

We may retain information from consulting inquiries and meetings for as long as reasonably necessary to communicate with you, evaluate or provide a potential engagement, maintain business records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate SUR's website and related activities, including:

  • Vercel — website hosting and Web Analytics.
  • Web3Forms — processing submissions from our consulting inquiry form.
  • Cal.com — scheduling consulting calls.

  • Substack — publishing and subscriptions for SUR Notes.
  • Discord — our community platform.

5. Sur Notes and External Platforms

SUR publishes writing through Sur Notes on Substack.

If you subscribe to Sur Notes, your subscription is handled directly by Substack. We do not maintain a separate SUR newsletter database.

Our website may display links or previews of content published on Substack. Following those links may take you to Substack, where Substack's own policies apply.

We also maintain profiles or communities on platforms including LinkedIn, X, and Discord. When you interact with those platforms, your use of them is governed by the respective platform's terms and privacy policies.
